The pages are split into morning and evening sections, with the morning prompts focusing on things that will make you feel positive and the evening prompts focusing on reflection.


We love the look of this journal, especially as it's a solid hardback with beautifully laid-out pages and an aesthetically-pleasing font. There are also slightly more in-depth weekly pages to help reflect on the entire week, and a 70 page introduction explaining the science behind the process.

The layout focuses more on tracking, allowing you to simply tick boxes relating to your mood, symptoms and sleeping patterns, rather than journal your thoughts.
