'If you follow me over on Instagram you'll know I am obsessed with breakfast! I really started making an effort with my breakfasts during lockdown in 2020 because, honestly, there wasn't much else to do! I loved it so much I ended up making an Instagram dedicated to it (and books obviously) but I don't know how people skip breakfast!
I've left toast and cereal off this list - I am partial to a bowl of cheerios or toast dripping in butter but I thought I'd go for items a little bit better since these are my 10 Perfect Breakfast Foods!'

'I hope this has inspired your breakfast for tomorrow! I think the main reason people tend to skip breakfast (aside from lack of time) is that it can be so boring and monotonous having toast every single day! Adding in a few pieces of fruit or some chocolate can really make your morning ten times better!
Obviously, this list isn't extensive I mentioned earlier I could write a dissertation on oats alone but I hope it's given you a little motivation to have a delicious breakfast tomorrow!'
